The P3E is designed for young people who are ready to launch themselves in the domain of public policy and public leadership.

Program Cost:

Program cost is ₹ 45,000 + Taxes (To be deposited only after selection).

This cost is for the entire program duration of 15 weeks, for all the offline+online sessions, study material, and all academic content. This would be payable in 2 installments.


Scholarships to selected candidates will be offered on a merit-cum-means basis. We have special scholarships for the 2nd batch of P3E; 60% delegates will be eligible for some level of scholarship, so apply early as selections on a first-cum-first serve basis.

The selection is based on an online application. The competitive process includes the following:

  • Achievements and Past Engagements
  • Relevant Work Experience/Qualifications and Intent
  • Video Essay (Required for Scholarships)

Shortlisted applicants will also be asked for a web/telephonic interview.

Selections will be made on a rolling basis, and early applicants would have an advantage.
