Curriculum and Program Structure

Program Structure

Public Policy Program for Executives (P3E) is specially crafted to suit the delegates’ calendars with bite-sized weekend modules and a healthy mix of online and in-person meetings. The total program duration is 15 weeks.

The program has the following components:

  • In-person Meetups:
Meetups create a platform for live engagement with the nation’s policymakers and help the delegates learn about the science and art of public policy from a plethora of activities and workshops. They will be organized on selected weekends across the program duration in a major city of India. Meetups will be scheduled in accordance with the Covid-19 pandemic situation in India. In the past editions of P3E, three meetups of three days each was organized- one in the beginning, one in the middle and one at the end of the program.
  • Weekly Webinars & Online Learning Portal:
Webinars are organized on Sunday mornings every week. Some special webinars may also be organized on Saturdays. Our online learning portal integrates the different components of the program to give each delegate a smooth learning experience.
  • Hands-on Project:
The knowledge and skills gained from the program are put into practice by the delegates through a design-build project. The delegates are mentored by senior bureaucrats for the project.
  • Assessments:
Assessments help the delegates keep track of their learnings throughout the program.

Winter Batch is organized from 2nd week of January to 1st week of May. Monsoon Batch is organized from 1st week of Aug to 3rd week of
November.
