Suryabhan Jadhav is working in the field of constituency management. Currently, he is intervening in the tribal Village of Chota Udaipur District of Gujarat. He is working with Sarpanch Montu Bhai for better implementation of the existing Government schemes, manage his constituency through an innovative approach and customizing and implementing various best practices happening across India. Creating a model and a sustainable village is the major focus of his interventions. He is understanding the work and lifestyle of a political leader and the challenges which will help him become a better leader in future.
After graduating from Fergusson College, he did a Masters in Public Administration from IGNOU, New Delhi. Later, he took the decision to work on grassroots and for that he joined Gandhi Fellowship in Rajasthan for facilitating leadership skills in Headmasters, supporting teachers to improve learning outcomes for children and implementing public systems related projects in communities. During his community emersion process, he closely worked with a group of Sarpanches and then he initiated the “Sarpanch Leadership Development Program (SLDP)” providing tools, workshops, and field support to the Sarpanch. He aspires to contest elections to become a political leader of his home constituency.
