Supriya is currently working for “Keshavsrushti Village Development Project” in the Palghar District of Maharashtra. Her work mainly focuses on designing programs for capacity building of local people, researching on the Govt schemes, promoting the use of technology etc.
During the first year of fellowship, she worked with the Office of Sh Maheish Girri, MP East Delhi as a development assistant. She mainly provided research assistance for MP’s parliamentary work of three consecutive Parliament Sessions and constituency-related work, that involves drafting speeches, proposing private member bills and drafting questions. Also, she handled two unique Internship programs formulated by the MP, perhaps first of its kind in the Country; to engage youth in the various activities of a Constituency Management. She managed activities of the program under the guidance of an MP and his OSD. Around 40 students from the various prestigious colleges have been benefited from these programs.
Supriya has completed her Bachelors in Engineering in Info. Technology from the Govt. College of Engineering, Karad. She worked in the various welfare programs of the Art of Living Foundation for two years and She is also a certified Yoga & Meditation trainer of the AOL Foundation. She holds an MA in Good Governance & Public Policy from Sri Sri University, Odisha.
