Arunima Gupta is Manager – Strategic and Foreign Relations
at Vision India Foundation. She holds a Bachelor’s in History
from Lady Shri Ram College and Master’s in International
Relations from Leiden University, the Netherlands.
Arunima has written for various media outlets including
The Diplomat, Modern Diplomacy and the DNA.

Kumar Subham is the Director (Executive Education) at
Vision India Foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s in Computer
Science from IIT Delhi and Masters in Public Administration.
He has previously worked with multiple MNCs to develop
tech-products on education and health. He is an avid
traveler and has traveled more than 70 districts of India.
His interest areas are government systems, e-governance,
and institutional strategy.

Abhinav Yadav works as a Program Director at Quality
Council of India (QCI), focussing on projects pertaining
to energy and sanitation in India. Prior to QCI, Abhinav
worked in private equity space. He holds a Bachelor’s
in Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and
Sciences (BITS), Pilani.

Aditi Phadnis works at JP Morgan and Chase in the private
banking and finance sector. Though she is an engineer by
academic training, Aditi has closely worked in the social
space. She is a co-founder of AryaKrish, a non-profit
initiative working towards enabling quality education
resources in rural societies.

Anirudh Chakradhar heads the Public Policy division
of Pragma Law & Policy, a start-up advisory firm in
Bengaluru, India. As a consultant, Anirudh has closely
worked multinationals and government, advising them
on urban infrastructure projects. He holds a Master’s in
Public Policy from National Law School of India University,
Bangalore.

Anish Anandaram is pursuing International Economics from
The Elliott School of International Affairs in Washington
D.C. Through his academic endeavors and interests, he has
presented on a host of germane topic areas at an array of
elite venues, ranging from MENA migration policy at The
Delegation of The European Union to the international
impacts of Globalization at The Embassy of Colombia

Ankit Tulsyan works with AFD Development Bank as a
Project Manager for Water and Sanitation Sector. He has
been associated with Quality Council of India, working on
the Swachh Bharat Mission for the Ministry of Housing and
Urban Affairs, World Bank and Government of Rajasthan.
Ankit has been trained in Sustainable Development Practice
by TERI School of Advanced Studies, Delhi.

Asmita Lal is an Indian Administrative Service Officer
serving in the state of Uttar Pradesh. She has worked
with the Department of Revenue in the past. Asmita is
passionate about women empowerment, social equality,
animals welfare and brining efficiency in public service
delivery.

Awanish Singh is the President of Krieeda Bharti Awadh
Prant , Subhash Chandra Bose Group of Institutions and
the Vice President of Bhartiya Janta Party (Awadh region)
in Uttar Pradesh. His experience of 17 years varies from
organic farming to promoting Rural Olympics. He is an
alumni of Indian Institute of Management, Kolkata.

Bhavana Mahajan heads investment promotion for IT/ITES
sector for the Government of Chhattisgarh. Prior to this, she
worked as the ‘International Policy Advisor’ to the Ministry
of Mines and Petroleum, Govt. of Afghanistan. Bhavana’s 13
years of experience includes planning, strategy consulting
and policy advocacy. She holds a Master’s in Economics and
post-graduate Diplomas in Alternative Dispute Resolution

Dhvani Sharma has served as the National Secretary of
Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha & In-charge of Delhi State.
Committed towards the cause of women empowerment
and youth development, Dhvani has co-founded Perfect
10, a personality development initiative which has trained
5000+ youth. She holds a Doctorate in Biotechnology

Jigar Inamdar is the former executive director and
advisor at the Institute of Leadership and Governance at
MS University, Vadodara. He is a socio-political leader in
Gujarat where he represented Bhartiya Janta Party in 2007
assembly elections. He has also served as the Regional
Director at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations,
Ministry of External Affairs for the state of Gujarat.

K B Pradeep is a chip designer by profession from
Bangalore. He is passionate about technology enabled
innovation in social impact based problem-solving and
building companies. He has worked for emerging markets
in India and East Asia towards building start-ups and
advising public sector institutions.

Kishor Narayan is a foreign policy expert currently working
as an Op-ed columnist for Kannada and English print and
digital media. He convenes a YouTube series titled “India
Rising: Strategic Affairs Conversations with Mohal and
Kishor” focussing on global events to analyse the impact
on India. Kishore holds a degree in International Relations
from the American University in Washington DC, USA.

Lakshmi Narasimha is an engineer turned farmer from
Yazali village of eastern Andhra Pradesh. He is a rural
development activist aiming to create multiple Farmer
Producer Organizations (FPOs) for boosting the rural
economy. He has won several awards, including QCI-VIF
Young Achievers Award, Yuva-Kalam Excellency Award,
and Rural Youth Achiever Award from Hon. PM of India, Sh.
Narendra Modi.

N Karthik is an adviser at the Indian Institute of
Management Bangalore. His professional experience of
over 11 years include working with academia, industries
and governments. Karthik is a post-graduate from Indian
Institute of Technology Bombay.

Parvati Jangid is the Chairperson of Youth Parliament of
India & Global Goodwill Ambassador in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
Her social leadership and commitment to serve the nation
has brought her many awards including the Youngest
Nationalist Social Activist, Social Personality of The Year,
Women Pride Award and Bharat Gaurav Award.

Rohit Rawat works as a as a Development Consultant
with Genpact CSR in the areas of education and skilling.
He has previously worked in the FMCG industry in the
Middle East, following which he joined the Young India
Fellowship, a one year post-graduate diploma in liberal
studies, from Ashoka University.

Sai Bharath Patchamatla is a practicing Chartered
Accountant working in social development sector. Bharath
is presently working as a consultant to Women Development
and Child Welfare Department of Telangana and Agriculture
Department of Andhra Pradesh. His other areas of work
are Lane Discipline & traffic management, ambulance
management solutions, ground water management and
Consultancy to social ventures and establishments.

J. Sai Deepak is an engineer-turned-law firm partnerturned-arguing
counsel since July 2009. Sai has represented
various law firms and individual solicitors in the Supreme
Court of India, the Delhi High Court, the Bombay High
Court, the Madras High Court, the Competition Commission
of India and more. Sai is also an honorary advisor on
the implementation of the National IPR Policy to the
Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion, Ministry of
Commerce, Government of India.

Sanya Aggarwal is a brand strategist and a graphic
designer with a keen interest in Nation branding. She
runs her creative agency – Create Cluster based in Delhi
and Singapore. She has worked for various government
projects of national and international importance. Sanya
holds a Bachelor’s in Design Communication from Lasalle
College of the Arts, Singapore.

Shalinie Kumar is working with Coal India Limited as an
Assistant Manager. Her aim is to engage and administer
policy implementation and formulation, leading to efficient
and efficacious governance. Shalinie holds a Bachelor’s in
environmental engineering and management from Indian
Institute of Technology Delhi.

Shaurya Bhandari is a second year undergraduate student
of Law at National Law University Jodhpur who aspires to
specialise in the field of space and military law. An NTSE
scholar, he is passionate about world politics, diplomacy
and international relations.

Sourabh Hegde is a practicing advocate from Belgavi,
Bangalore. He is committed towards working for the society
and serving national interests through voluntary work. He
is associated with Youth for Seva, a nationwide structured
volunteering platform, and holds a diploma in Hospitality

Sujay Choubey is a Project Manager at Quality
Council of India. He has worked on problems across
infrastructure, sanitation and governance with various
ministries of the Government of India. He holds a
Bachelor’s in Electrical Power Engineering from Indian
Institute of Technology Delhi.

Suryabhan Jadhav is working as a Development
Associate at Vision India Foundation. An aspiring political
leader and grassroots worker, Suryabhan has closely
worked with tribal communities of Gujarat and with the
Government of Rajasthan. Suryabhan has successfully
mobilised local communities to make Gopuj, his village,
drought-free region

Vemprala is pursuing a Bachelor’s in engineering from
BITS Pilani. His interests, however, revolve around public
administration, governance, and behavioural economics.
Vemprala has headed the SCIO Benevolent Foundation, an
NGO for the upliftment of rural youth through better access
to education and healthcare across India.
